We are an HR consulting firm with over 20 years of experience partnering with companies of various sizes and industries in the Magallanes Region and throughout Chile. From our offices in Punta Arenas and Santiago, we have built long-term relationships with more than 100 clients, becoming a strategic partner for organizations seeking to attract talent, strengthen teams, and foster sustainable workplace cultures.

Organizational Psychologist and Master in Strategic HR Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. With over 15 years of experience leading the People Management function in operationally complex organizations. Proven track record across critical industries: mining, oil & gas, industrial safety, transportation, retail, technology, and education in both public and private sectors.
Extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, directing organizational transformation projects, navigating complex labor relations, and corporate restructurings. Internationally certified in Hay Group (Korn Ferry) Methodologies for Compensation, Job Evaluation and Job Description, and in Strategic Brand Management with Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
