2. Personal Data Processing (Law No. 19.628 and Law No. 21.719)

In compliance with Chilean legislation on privacy protection and personal data, Tailor Servicios informs that it collects and processes personal data exclusively with the consent of its owners for the following purposes:

• Companies (B2B Leads): We collect name, surname, corporate email, and company name for commercial contact purposes.
• Candidates: We collect name, email, specialty, and Curriculum Vitae (CV) exclusively for evaluation in selection processes.

We guarantee that we DO NOT capture or store financial data, payment information, mandatory RUT (except for future contract formalization), nor do we track active geolocation.

3. ARCO Rights of Data Subjects

As the data subject, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel (Delete), and Oppose the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, you must send a request to the official privacy officer of Tailor Servicios:

We will respond to your request within the deadlines stipulated by Chilean law.

4. Security and Data Retention

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Your data may be processed through third-party software (CRM or cloud hosting systems) acting as data processors under strict confidentiality. We will retain your data (including CVs) for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes, or until the data subject requests its deletion.
