2. Personal Data Processing (Law No. 19.628 and Law No. 21.719)

In compliance with Chilean legislation on privacy protection and personal data, Tailor Servicios informs that it collects and processes personal data exclusively with the consent of its owners for the following purposes:

  • Companies (B2B Leads): We collect name, surname, corporate email, company, and requested service through our web forms to answer commercial inquiries and prepare service proposals.
  • Candidates and Applicants: This website does NOT receive, upload, or store Resume / Curriculum Vitae (CV) files on its servers. Candidates submit their credentials voluntarily directly from their own email accounts to seleccion@tailorservicios.cl. Credentials and personal data received via email are processed by Tailor Servicios solely for profile evaluation in personnel recruitment and selection processes.

We guarantee that we DO NOT capture or store financial data, payment information, mandatory RUT (except for future contract formalization), nor do we track active geolocation.

3. ARCO Rights of Data Subjects

As the data subject, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel (Delete), and Oppose the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, you must send a request to the official privacy officer of Tailor Servicios:

We will respond to your request within the deadlines stipulated by Chilean law.

4. Security and Data Retention

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard the information processed. B2B commercial contact data submitted via web forms is securely and confidentially processed for precontractual purposes. Candidate credentials received by email are managed internally under strict confidentiality standards for recruitment purposes. We retain data for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes or until the data subject exercises their right to deletion by writing to privacidad@tailorservicios.cl.
